"CHEZ PAPÉ", Bangkok's "new kid on the block," offering French cuisine, is the result of two mates' long friendship – one coming from the Lyon area, the other one from the Bordeaux area – they are not always in agreement as far as football, rugby, regional cuisine & wine are concerned, but they are in total agreement as far as presenting the best of traditional French cuisine, which unfortunately is very difficult to find in this huge city we are living in.

"CHEZ PAPÉ", is a very unique small slice of France, a very typical old style French bistrot with its black & white chequered floor tiles, its marble top tables set on cast iron bases, its walls plastered with frames of old French comics and celebrities - to jog our memories, and its lovely Paris style outdoor terrace - a truly comfortable place to sip a Pastis while watching the world go by.

"CHEZ PAPÉ", Chef Laurent prepares simply cooked French country-styled food & yummy homemade desserts at attractive prices, complemented by a nice range of French & international wines that are also sold at friendly (or very reasonable) prices. All this, in an informal and pleasant atmosphere, ideal to sip a glass of good wine by the zinc bar counter while being served by lovely smiling staff that you will find nowhere else but Thailand.
